Information we process

Track Everything receives your Google account identifier, name, email address, and profile picture when you choose Google sign-in. The app stores an encrypted Google authorization token so it can maintain the spreadsheets created through the service.

Google Drive access

The app requests the Google Drive file scope. This limits access to files created by, or explicitly opened with, Track Everything. The app does not request access to all files in your Google Drive.

How information is used

Information is used to authenticate users, create group workspaces, share the group spreadsheet with approved members, and read or write progress records requested through the app.

Sharing

Group administrators choose which Google email addresses receive access to a group. The group spreadsheet is shared only with those approved members. We do not sell personal information.

Storage and security

Application membership data is stored in Google Cloud Firestore. Google refresh tokens are encrypted before storage. Group spreadsheet data remains in the group administrator’s Google Drive.

Removal and revocation

You may revoke Track Everything from your Google Account security settings. Group administrators may remove spreadsheet access directly through Google Drive. To request deletion of application membership records, contact the application administrator.
